It’s a brand new year and we’re still at home so I’m clearing out the old and making room for the new.

Looking back on 2020

First of all, thank you for sticking with me in 2020. It was a year of virtually no venues, markets, shows, or in-person coffee shops. How I miss that face-to-face, one-on-one connection. And the hugs, how I miss the hugs!

But, I’ve had more online sales than ever before and I’m taking that as a sign I’m on the right track and to keep going. 2020 also gave rise to the COKANNA Virtual Coffee Shop group and the weekly coffee shops on zoom. I’m so grateful for our supportive group. It has saved me.

I would like to give you a new year update on where I’m at. I seriously considered selling out my inventory and closing down COKANNA. But, over the holidays, I got quiet, reflected on the positives of this past year, looked back on how far I’ve come since starting my business, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I listened and a little voice inside said, “You’re not done yet!”

Out with the old

So, I’m still clearing out my current inventory which is good news all around. You can pick up new styles you haven’t tried yet, or double up on old styles you love at 50% OFF. It will give me the room and cashflow I need to start producing new styles for this year. If you’re good for clothes and I completely get that, then please share with family, friends, and colleagues who might like soft and comfy, stay-at-home bamboo wear.

In with the new

I’ve always found my best designs come from listening to you, my loyal customers, so I’m looking for your input. I’m hosting a “Tell me what you want when we can go out again” zoom party. Please join me in the Coffee Shop on Saturday, January 9th at 2:00 pm. I’ll show you a few styles I’m thinking about producing and you can give me your honest feedback. It’ll be a fun way to start off 2021. I hope you’ll join me for a coffee.
