It’s time to pre-order your new bamboo lounge pants. They are currently in production at The Bobbins Production Studio, an awesome women-owned boutique style manufacturer in Ottawa, Ontario. They are scheduled to arrive in mid-June.

Colours

These pants are soft, breathable, and oh so loungy! They’re in a bamboo jersey and come in 2 colours, a light and dark charcoal micro stripe.

Dark or light charcoal micro stripe

They have a high drawstring waist with gentle elastic in the back. This makes them an easy fit and easy to pull on and off.

Leg width

The legs are wide but not too wide. After getting some initial feedback from COKANNA Kanbassadors, I decided to make the leg an inch or so narrower than the original design.

Pockets

In addition, I changed the pocket from a side seam pocket to a slant pocket. The slant pocket hangs nicely and is easier to put things in including your hands. Here’s a full length view.

Leg length

And finally, for those of us petite in height, or if you prefer a cropped pant, the lounge pants come in a shorter length with a 26″ inseam. And, there’s the regular length with a 31″ inseam.

Here’s a photo of me in the cropped length. I’m 5’0″ tall. Keep in mind these are the very first sample pair so they are in a heavier bamboo terry, have the wider leg, and a white cord drawstring.

Sizes

They come in size 1(S), 2(M), 3(L). Here’s the size chart:

As always, the bamboo lounge pants are a small batch collection with only 5 in each size, length, and colour. Pre-order a pair today so you don’t miss out. You won’t want to take them off! Delivery is scheduled for mid-June.
