Shipping and Return Policy

Our Shipping Policy

We charge a standard shipping rate of $12 on orders within the Ottawa region and $18 for everywhere else in Canada. We are pleased to offer free shipping on purchases of $250 or more in a single order, excluding applicable taxes.

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. We use Canada Post for shipping so expect another 2-5 business days for delivery within the Ottawa-Carleton and Outaouais region. For the rest of Canada, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time.

Our Return Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we want to make it right. Please let us know at info@cokanna.ca.

We will happily refund or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered items within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, unless the item is a Final Sale.

We want to make the refund or exchange process as easy as possible for you. Please contact us at info@cokanna.ca and let us know the reason for your return or exchange. We will email you a return shipping label with a Return Authorization RA #.

Please place the item(s) back in the original packaging and attach the return shipping label and drop off the package at your local Canada Post outlet.

Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund in the same method of payment as the original purchase within 7 business days. In the case of an exchange, we will deliver the new item within 3-10 business days.
