It’s Week 7…hallelujah…we made it to the end of 2020! We’re wrapping up 2020, putting a bow on it, and sending it on its way. I’m ringing in the new year with hope and gratitude, and celebrating with 50% OFF on the Joan bamboo trouser.
No zippered pants
I’m also declaring an extended “No Zippered Pants” holiday. As we head into 2021, we can see the light at the end of tunnel. We just have to hunker down for a little while longer and patiently wait our turn for the vaccine. In the meantime, we might as well be comfy. And, if that means wearing pants with no zippers, then so be it!
Joan the inspiration
The Joan trouser is similar to the Lynne pant but is generously cut with a less tapered fit. It has the same comfortable waistband and no pockets for a smooth and sleek look. The Joan pant was inspired by Joan Woodrooffe who wanted a looser fit in the leg to accommodate her many activities like hiking, snowshoeing, and figure skating. Yet, still looked dressy enough to wear to work.
I love hearing what’s on your wish list when it comes to clothing and doing my best to make it come true. To be inspired by Joan and learn how her namesake pants came to be, go to the blog post “Meet Joan the woman behind the Joan pant”.
Joan the pant
This versatile pant is made of soft bamboo french terry. It’s a medium weight fabric so they have more substance than your typical legging. And, because bamboo is breathable and thermal regulating, they’re great for all your daily activities from going to work, to running to the grocery store, to cozying up at home afterwards, and even outdoor pursuits like walking or hiking. With the relaxed fit, there’s plenty of room to add layers during those cold winter days.

This trouser comes in midnight black and 5 different sizes: 1(S), 2(M), 3(L), 4(XL), and 5(XXL/2X).
Thank you for hanging in there with me til the end of 2020! I’m so grateful for your business, support, feedback, comments, and just being there every week. We’ll see what 2021 brings…
Be safe and well,
~ Colleen
